In general, hypnosis is simply a focused state of relaxation very similar to meditation or daydreaming. However Alchemical sessions are interactive and client-centered as opposed to just listening to someone repeat hypnotic suggestions.
You will feel deeply relaxed under Gayla’s guidance and facilitation as she leads you into light to medium trance states, helping you to enter into your own inner world. You will be in full control of your inner experience and able to return to regular waking consciousness with full recollection of your meaningful and transformational experiences!
Private sessions are available in person, by phone or on Skype and most sessions last 1-1/2 to two hours. To experience an effective telephone or Skype session, a comfortable headset is recommended though not essential. You also will need to have a comfortable bed, couch, or chair in a room in which you can be assured of not being disturbed for the duration of the session. It is also recommended that you have a large pillow and a stuffed animal (or small pillow) beside you to be used during emotional processing.
Alchemical sessions are deeply meaningful and sometimes intense. It is therefore recommended that you schedule a few hours of spacious, open time after each session to rest and integrate. Relevant homework will be recommended to assist you in fully assimilating your discoveries into your waking life.
